6R140W [11-UP] Automatic Transmission Steel Clutch Pack (Gas) Module

Heat distorts a steel plate long before it discolors, which is why a pack that looks reusable often is not.

6R140W (gas) steel module. Each plate is flat, parallel and to specification thickness, which is the whole requirement for a steel.

Stack height determines apply travel, so the thickness of each plate matters as much as the count. Shipping weight is 10.6 lb.

The parts list below is exactly what ships. Compare it against your teardown before ordering.

REMCO has supplied automatic transmission parts since 1991, and every order ships with its part listing so the receiving technician can check what arrived against what was ordered.

• A worn steel module in a 6R140 gas unit causes clutch pack failure and slipping; this direct replacement addresses that root cause before the damage spreads further.
• This listing covers the steel module only. It does not include friction discs, seals, gaskets, Automatic Transmission Filters, or any other components. Verify your full parts list before ordering.
• At 10.6 lb, this steel module matches the 6R140W specification for gas applications. Each unit is pulled from stock and checked individually at REMCO before it leaves the facility.
• Single steel module, 10.6 lb, cataloged under the 6R140W specification for gas units. No additional hardware or sub-components are included in the shipment.
• Before ordering, confirm the transmission code stamped on the unit, the model year falls within the 11-UP range, and that your application is the gas version of the 6R140, not diesel.
