For MAXA automatic transmissions. A clutch pack holds torque only if the steels between the frictions are flat and parallel, and used plates rarely are.

MDWA Steel Clutch Pack. These steel plates are machined flat within specification so the clutch pack applies evenly across the full friction surface.

Stack height determines apply travel, so the thickness of each plate matters as much as the count. Shipping weight is 5 lb.
