45RFE [04-UP] Automatic Transmission Banner Rebuild Kit w/ Frictions

45RFE 545RFE Banner Rebuild Kit for 45RFE, 5-45RFE, 65RFE, 66RFE and 68RFE automatic transmissions, 2004 and later. Includes high energy frictions and gasket and seal set for a complete overhaul. 22 pieces in 7 components.

• Covers the 45RFE automatic transmission rebuild service starting 2004 and up, addressing clutch pack wear across low reverse, underdrive, overdrive, reverse input, and second clutch circuits.
• This kit does NOT include steel separator plates. If your rebuild requires steels, check your parts list before ordering and source them separately to avoid delays on the repair.
• Six of the seven friction sets in this kit are high energy spec, targeting the clutch packs that see the heaviest heat and load cycles in the 45RFE unit.
• Kit contains 22 pieces: 6 low reverse clutch frictions, 4 underdrive frictions, 4 frictions part 4799114, 3 OD clutch frictions, 2 reverse input frictions, 2 second clutch frictions, 1 overhaul gasket set. Weight: 4 lb.
• Before ordering, confirm the unit code on the case matches 45RFE and verify the build year falls in the 04-UP range. Unit codes and application years vary and a mismatch will result in wrong fitment.
