TH125 Super Master Rebuild Kit for TH-125 and 3T40 automatic transmissions, 1980 and later. Includes frictions, steels, band, gasket and seal set, bushings, thrust washers and Automatic Transmission Filter for a complete overhaul. 30 pieces in 11 components.

  • Covers a full rebuild of the 3T40 (TH-125) automatic transmission from [80-UP], addressing clutch wear, seal failure, band deterioration and bushing play in one order.
  • This Super Master Rebuild Kit DOES include steels, frictions, band, Automatic Transmission Filter, bushings and washers. Review your teardown notes before ordering to confirm no additional parts are needed.
  • Fourteen friction and steel plates across three clutch packs - forward direct, low reverse and direct - each selected to the thickness spec listed for this unit: .080, .090, .069, .088, .076 and .100 oversize.
  • Kit contains 30 pieces: 14 frictions (5+5+4), 11 steels (4+4+3), 1 band (1.74 wide), 1 Automatic Transmission Filter, 1 overhaul gasket set, 1 washer kit, 1 bushing kit. Assembled and checked at REMCO against the parts list inside the box.
  • Before ordering, confirm the transmission code is 3T40 or TH-125 and that the application year falls within [80-UP]. This kit does not fit other units even if externally similar.
