When the Automatic Transmission Filter on a TH325 unit is clogged or past its service life, fluid restriction follows, and the valve body pays the price. This listing covers the Automatic Transmission Filter for TH325 applications from 1979 through 1981, sold as a single piece at 1 lb, sourced and checked at the REMCO facility before it leaves.
REMCO has worked in automatic transmission parts since 1991. Every piece that ships is verified against its item record, and the box includes that list so the technician can confirm on arrival what was packed. There are no surprises in the box, and there is no guessing about what the listing covers.
What this listing does not include: no pan gasket, no seals, no o-rings, no additional hardware. If your service requires those, they need to be sourced separately. Read the job requirements before placing the order to avoid a return trip to the parts counter.
Fitment applies to the TH325 automatic transmission, model years 1979 through 1981. Confirm the transmission code stamped on the unit itself before ordering. Year of the vehicle is not always a reliable indicator of which transmission is installed, especially on units that may have been swapped or rebuilt previously. Matching the code directly is the only way to be sure this Automatic Transmission Filter is the right one for the job.
- Replaces the Automatic Transmission Filter on TH325 units from 1979 through 1981, helping restore proper fluid flow and protecting the valve body from debris-related damage.
- This listing covers the Automatic Transmission Filter only. It does not include a gasket, pan gasket, seals, o-rings, or any other components. Review what your job requires before ordering.
- Designed specifically for the TH325 unit: this is a direct application Automatic Transmission Filter, not a universal piece adapted to fit, so fitment follows the stock design of these units.
- Single Automatic Transmission Filter, approximately 1 lb. Sourced and verified at the REMCO facility against the part record before it ships, with the item list included in the box.
- Before ordering, confirm the transmission code on the unit itself matches TH325 and that the application year falls within 1979-1981. Do not rely on vehicle year alone.
