A604 [89-UP] Automatic Transmission Washer Kit

When a rebuild stalls because a washer set is missing, the fix should be straightforward, and that is exactly what this listing is for: a dedicated washer kit for A604, 40TE, and 41TE automatic transmission units built from 1989 forward. Unlike a broad overhaul kit, this is a single focused item, so it fits cleanly into a parts order when washers are the one thing still needed to complete a job.

REMCO has worked in automatic transmission parts since 1991, and every item that leaves the facility is put together by hand and checked against a parts list before it ships. The box arrives with that same list inside, so there is no guessing about what was included. At 1 lb, the kit is compact and straightforward to handle on the bench.

This kit covers washers and nothing else. It does not include friction discs, steel plates, Automatic Transmission Filter, gaskets, seals, or bands. If your rebuild calls for those components, they will need to come from separate listings. Taking a minute to cross-check your parts list against what this kit contains will prevent a return trip to ordering.

Application is limited to A604, 40TE, and 41TE units. Before placing the order, locate the transmission code stamped on the unit itself and confirm the build year is 1989 or later. If the code or year does not match, this kit is not the right fit.

• Skip the hunt for individual washers and keep the rebuild moving without delays sourcing hard-to-find pieces separately.
• This listing covers washers only. It does not include friction discs, steel plates, Automatic Transmission Filter, bands, or seals. Review your parts list before ordering.
• Sourced and assembled at REMCO since 1991, every order is checked against its parts list before shipping, so what arrives matches what was ordered.
