A604 [89-UP] Automatic Transmission Low Reverse Clutch Pressure Plate

A clutch pack holds torque only if the steels between the frictions are flat and parallel, and used plates rarely are.

A604 low reverse clutch pressure plate. The plates are produced to the dimensions the pack was designed around, which is what lets it hold torque without shudder.

A pack built with mixed thicknesses applies unevenly no matter how the pressure reads. Shipping weight is 2 lb.
