4T40E 4T45E Rebuild Kit for 4T40E and 4T45E automatic transmissions, 1995 and later. Includes frictions, band, gasket and seal set and Automatic Transmission Filter for a complete overhaul. 26 pieces in 8 components.

  • Five clutch packs covered in one box: forward (7), direct (6), coast (4), 2nd (3), and reverse (3) frictions give the rebuild a complete friction set from a single order.
  • This kit does NOT include steel separator plates. If your job requires steels, check your parts list before ordering and source them separately to avoid a return.
  • REMCO has been assembling transmission kits since 1991. Each kit is built piece by piece in-house, checked against its parts list, and the list ships inside the box so you can verify the count on arrival.
  • Kit contains 26 pieces: 7 forward frictions, 6 direct frictions, 4 coast frictions, 3 second clutch frictions, 3 reverse frictions, 1 overhaul gasket set, 1 rigid intermediate/4th band, 1 Automatic Transmission Filter. Weight: 4.41 lb.
