• Restoring full clutch engagement across all five packs stops slip, flare on shifts, and premature wear that comes from running old hardened frictions in a 6F50 or 6F55 unit.
• NO steel plates are included in this Rebuild Kit. If your job requires steels for the 4-5-6, 1-2-3-4, 2-6, low-reverse, or 3-5-reverse clutch packs, source them separately before ordering.
• This kit covers every friction clutch pack in the unit: 6 frictions for 4-5-6 (.063, 24T, 4.760od), 5 for 1-2-3-4 (.065, 36T), 5 for 2-6 (.064, 36T), 5 for low-reverse (.065, 48T, 8.625od), and 4 for 3-5-reverse (.063, 36T outer).
• Contents: 25 friction plates across 5 clutch applications, 1 overhaul gasket kit without steels, and 1 Automatic Transmission Filter (58 Tall Oval Pick-Up) -- 27 pieces total in 7 part numbers, kit weight 6.15 lb.
• Before ordering confirm the transmission code on the unit is 6F50 or 6F55 and that the build date falls in the 07-UP range; also verify your job does not require steel plates, which are not in this kit.
