4L60E [80-25] Automatic Transmission Gasket Corvet Servo Ring Kit

When the 2nd apply servo circuit loses its seal, shift feel suffers and the transmission may slip or fail to hold pressure at that stage. This four-piece set addresses exactly that point by grouping the two teflon rings for the 2nd apply piston and the two o-rings for the servo piston and servo cover into a single part number, so the technician does not have to source each seal separately.

The set applies to 4L60E, 4L65E and 4L70E automatic transmission units built from 1980 onward. Inside the box you will find one inner teflon ring for the 2nd apply piston measuring 2.321 inches, one outer teflon ring for the same piston, one red or green inner servo piston donut o-ring, and one blue outer servo cover o-ring. That is the complete contents, four pieces in total, and the box includes the parts list so you can check off each item before the job starts.
