TH125 Banner Rebuild Kit for TH-125 and 3T40 automatic transmissions, 1980 and later. Includes frictions and gasket and seal set for a complete overhaul. 15 pieces in 4 components.

• Covers all three clutch packs in one order: 14 friction plates split across forward direct and low reverse clutches, plus the complete overhaul gasket kit, so the sealing side of the rebuild is handled together with the friction side.
• This kit does NOT include steel separator plates. If your rebuild requires steels, check your parts list before ordering and source them separately to avoid a return trip.
• All 15 pieces are hand-assembled at REMCO against a printed parts list that ships inside the box, the same process REMCO has followed in automatic transmission parts since 1991, so you can count and verify every item on arrival.
• Box contains: 5 friction plates forward direct clutch .080 [80-UP], 5 friction plates low reverse clutch .090 [84-UP], 4 friction plates forward direct clutch .069 [84-UP], 1 overhaul gasket kit [80-UP]. Total weight: 5 lb.
• Before ordering, confirm your unit is a TH-125, verify the model year falls within the [80-UP] range, and check whether the .080 or .069 forward direct friction thickness matches the specification for your build.
