4T60E [95-UP] Automatic Transmission Steel Clutch Pack

When a clutch pack starts slipping, the steels are often the first parts to show heat damage even when the frictions still look serviceable.

4T60E Steel Clutch Pack. These steel plates are machined flat within specification so the clutch pack applies evenly across the full friction surface.

The plates are ground to the thickness the unit was built for, which keeps end play inside the stock window after the rebuild. Shipping weight is 5 lb.

The parts list below is exactly what ships. Compare it against your teardown before ordering.

REMCO has supplied automatic transmission parts since 1991, and every order ships with its part listing so the receiving technician can check what arrived against what was ordered.

• This steel clutch plate addresses worn or damaged steels in the clutch pack, helping restore proper clutch engagement and preventing slippage in the apply circuit.
• This listing covers a single steel plate only. It does not include friction discs, seals, gaskets, Automatic Transmission Filter, or any other components. Confirm what your rebuild requires before ordering.
• Steel plates for the 4T60 and TH440 were revised over production years. This part targets the 4T60E specification from 1995 forward, so matching the exact unit code to the part number before purchase avoids a misapplication.
• One steel clutch plate, weighing 5 lb as shipped. Intended for the clutch pack assembly in 4T60 and TH440 units built from 1995 and up.
• Before ordering, verify the exact transmission code stamped on your unit, the model year, and the specific clutch pack position that needs this steel. Not every 4T60 variant from this range uses the same plate.
